We had the most beautiful weekend here in Oregon.  After such a dark, gloomy and not to mention cold winter, this weekend was a nice reminder that spring actually is here :)

I love these avocado toast ideas! I like to have mine plain and simple: avocado mixed with lemon juice, with a little bit of salt and fresh cracked pepper! Yum!

Maybe it's because I'm getting older or maybe it's because we did way too much this weekend and went to bed late last night but all I know is daylight savings is totally kicking my butt!  I feel like I can barely function today, definitely going to bed early tonight.  Anyway, here are some fun links that caught my eye today and over the weekend.

Made a Braid

My braiding skills are really out of practice, but since I've been working so hard to grow my hair out, it's probably a good time to brush them up again!

It isn't the best braid ever, but how about we just call it a "messy" braid for now?! Also, it's a great style for rainy days like the ones we're having now!

Straight vs. Curly

Snap shots of my new do, which way do you like it better, straight or curly?  Short hair is really starting to grow on me.  I can not stress how EASY it is to take care of. 

Hope you guys are having a good Tuesday! My husband and I went to the dentist this morning, I just went in for a cleaning but he had 3 fillings done (ouch!) poor guy, his lower jaw was so numb he could barely talk!
